Veterinary Change Catalyst Programme starts in just 6 weeks!
It’s just 6 weeks to the first Veterinary Change Catalyst Programme!
What is the Veterinary Change Catalyst Programme?
It’s a three-month programme of personal development, aimed at anyone in the veterinary profession who wants to change things. You’ll be equipped with tools and techniques and participate in a combination of group and individual activities that cultivate well-being and catalyse personal development.
Perhaps you’re looking to change things in your own career, your organization or even diversify out of the vet profession? The Veterinary Change Catalyst Programme starts with a two-day retreat and is followed by three months of personal, one to one coaching to help implement the changes you need in your life.
With BSAVA Congress this week, Adrian from EMERGE Veterinary will be at the Congress so if you have further questions, or want to chat, please GET IN TOUCH and arrange to meet.
Alternatively, we’ll also be at the Vet:Stay, Go or Diversify Hangout@BSAVA on Thursday evening. Come and join us for a drink!
Who is the Veterinary Change Catalyst for?
Our experience in running this kind of programme has shown that there are three kinds of people who would benefit for the Veterinary Change Catalyst;
- People who have identified an issue and are looking for effective ways to address it
- People who know that something isn’t quite right but can’t quite put their finger on it so are looking to clarify their thinking about a situation and develop a strategy for dealing with it
- People who are interested in finding new and more effective ways of doing things and what to experience this approach for themselves.
To help deliver the programme, we’ve partnered with Natural Change, a social enterprise with over two decades study and professional practice. We’ll draw on the well-established fields of ecopsychology, group dynamics and outdoor learning. It’s endorsed by a significant body of evidence that the benefits of experiences in nature include physiological benefits, psychological benefits like reduced anxiety and depression and social benefits like better communication, more effective teams, great creativity and better leadership.
Following the retreat, your coach will work with you confidentially and individually to help you bring the changes you want to life. You’ll get a workbook and tools to help you turn ideas into reality, supported by regular sessions by phone or Skype and email support when needed.
So if you’re looking for a transformative experience, to develop clarity about what is important in your life, to cultivate energy, confidence and resilience to keep doing what you think really matters even when things get really tough; give the Veterinary Change Catalyst Programme a try.
